You retain ownership of all content you create within the App. By using Nothing, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Nothing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Nothing integrates with third-party services including:

Important: By using AI-powered features in Nothing, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be sent to Google's Gemini API, a third-party AI service, for processing. No user data is stored on our servers.
By choosing to use any AI feature within the app, you consent to your data being sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. AI features are entirely optional. If you prefer not to share data with Google's AI service, you can simply choose not to use the AI features, and all other app functionality will remain fully available.
When you use AI features, the following data may be sent to Google's Gemini API:
We do not store, log, or retain any of this data on our servers. Your data is forwarded directly to Google's Gemini API for processing.
If you choose to use your own Google Gemini API key, your data is sent directly to Google's Gemini API under your personal Google account and API terms. Nothing does not intermediate or store this data.
You may stop sharing data with the AI service at any time by simply not using AI features. If you have configured a personal API key, you may remove it in the app's developer settings.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Your use of Nothing is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including details about data shared with third-party AI services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
